FAQs
Common questions, answered.
How do we get started?
Tell us about the site and what you need using the form, or call us. We will confirm what is available at the address and recommend the right option before you order.
Where do you provide service?
We deliver and support business connectivity and networking for businesses across Ireland. Which connection types reach a given site varies by address, so we check what is available at your specific location.
How long does an install take?
It depends on the connection type and the site. Fixed wireless and 5G can often be brought live quickly, while fibre and dedicated circuits usually need survey and provisioning lead time. We confirm dates before you order. Timelines are confirmed at survey stage.
Who do we call if something goes wrong?
You call us. We are one accountable Irish partner for the service and the support around it, so there is no finger-pointing between suppliers.
What are your contract terms?
Terms depend on the service and how it is delivered, and we set them out clearly before you order. Confirmed on quote.
How does billing work?
We bill for the service as agreed when you order.
Can you keep a site online if a line fails?
Yes. We can add backup connectivity and failover so a single line going down does not take the whole site offline. How much resilience you need depends on how critical the site is.
How do we choose between the options?
That is what we help with. We look at what the site actually needs, what is available at the address, and how critical connectivity is, then recommend a dedicated, shared or wireless option accordingly.
Do you support more than one site?
Yes. We connect and manage multiple sites as one network, with consistent support across all of them.
Can you help if fibre is not available at our address?
Yes. Where fibre does not reach or is not ready in time, we can often deliver business connectivity over fixed wireless or 5G instead.
